Job description
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Craft and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team : Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other relevant information to form strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments : Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and product offerings.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with goals and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Job Specification
  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 1 or 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences.
