We have a good name in software industry and now going to have more ventures. To help us achieve this we are looking to hire an excellent HR Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with reputed software companies, to our excellent team of developers.To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 3-5 years experience recruiting software developers, in particular iOS, Ruby on Rails, Android, Yii / PHP developers, sales and marketing teams.You will be required to :

• Recruit developers through personal networks, Linkedin and advertising
• Determine their employment classification based on skills and experience
• Provide recommendations on appropriate pay levels
• Facilitate training and learning opportunities for our staff
• Provide regular reporting to the CEO
• Manage the general office and administration tasks
