• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
• Support training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve performance.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
