Oversee the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies. Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems. Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership. Lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems. Provide training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures relevant to the use of HRIS. Stay informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommend solutions to improve processes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
