Job Summary : The HSE Executive will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant work environment within the corporate office. The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing emergency preparedness, and promoting employee well-being. The position requires collaboration across departments to foster a strong safety culture while driving continuous improvements in health, safety, and wellness practices. Job Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs specific to the corporate office. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards. Ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations. Plan, organize, and deliver HSE and wellness training sessions (fire safety, first aid, evacuation drills, etc.). Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate fire and emergency evacuation plans, including drills and safety equipment readiness. Maintain updated HSE documentation, compliance reports, and records. Drive employee well-being initiatives such as wellness activities and surveys. Supporting employees through fitness, counseling, and wellness activities for a balanced work environment. Oversee health and safety preparedness, including maintained kits and trained personnel on each floor. Collaborate with building management for elevator safety, fire alarms, and security compliance. Actively promote a culture of health, safety, and wellness across all levels of the organization. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in corporate environment Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skill. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels Ability to design, deliver and implement impactful HSE training sessions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Experience : Minimum : 4-5 years of relevant HSE experience (preferably in a corporate / office setting). Preferred : 7+ years of experience with expertise in corporate safety and employee well-being programs. Education / Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, or related field. Professional certifications in HSE (ISO, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.) would be highly preferred. Location : Islamabad (On-site)
