Nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations initiatives. Developing and executing comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and continuously updating HR policies and procedures. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration / MBA Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
