Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Support the HR team in payroll processing and employee records management.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with team members on various accounting and HR tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of HR functions and accounting principles.
