Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in BPO or IT. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Comfortable working night shifts in an onsite role DHA Phase 1. (8 PM to 5 AM)
We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Female HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with a background in the BPO or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, compliance, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure a positive employee experience and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.
