About Us : Reactive BPO is a dynamic and rapidly growing call center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in employee relations and satisfaction.

Job Overview : As an HR Executive in our call center, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing HR functions to support our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR practices in a call center environment and be adept at fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Onboarding :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.

Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication.

Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.

Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth.

Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
