Position Overview : This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day focuses of all assigned individuals, and helping team members create new profit streams within customers. They will provide weekly reports to track progress against responsibilities and measurables.

Responsibilities
- Have a thorough knowledge of how the HC sales market operates in the US
- Annual Targets fulfilment
- Year over Year growth for assigned accounts within team
- Managing day-to-day issues related to team members
- Hunting New Business (prospecting)
- Expanding Business with Collaboration with UK, India & Global Teams
- Monthly forecasting
- Supporting and facilitating a learning culture through available WiGs trainings ensuring participation and attendance
- Thorough engagement with team members to ensure your part as a knowledge hub for ALL team members
- Have the capability to resolve and drive customer opportunities, requests and issues within the organization
- Celebrate wins and maintain a culture of accountability for underperforming team members
- Have the capability to utilize the organization’s provided tools to increase customer base by new customer acquisition
