We are expanding significantly into the Pakistan market and need to fill the following position :

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relationships by addressing needs, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain company organization chart and employee directory.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and protection of human capital.
• Supervise and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain Compensation and Benefits Plan.
• Report and provide decision support to management through HR indicators.
• Possess good interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
