This leader and their team act as expert consultants, working on strategic accounts that require sophisticated systems integration. The role is a critical component of the sales organization, focused on unlocking significant revenue and building long-term, high-value customer relationships through deep technical expertise and solution design. team members. What does Head of Business Growth do? Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Sales Engagements :
Act as the primary leader for all technical sales aspects of complex, high-worth deals, from initial discovery through to final proposal and closure. Team Leadership and Mentorship :
Manage and develop a team of highly skilled integration specialists. Foster a culture of excellence in solution architecture and value-based selling. Solution Architecture :
Design and architect comprehensive, multi-vendor solutions that integrate various OEM to meet unique customer requirements. Pipeline Management :
Collaborate with regional and SME teams to identify and qualify strategic opportunities that require the Integration team's specialized expertise. Stakeholder Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key technical stakeholders within customer organizations, positioning the team as a trusted advisor. Market Intelligence :
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure the team’s solutions remain innovative and competitive. Key Deliverables

Experience and Educational requirements Experience and Educational requirements
Minimum of
8-10
years of experience in a technical sales, presales, or solutions architecture role. Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex deals. At least
