Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage a team of Islamabad / Rawalpindi sales executives across multiple cities and build market dominance ultimately leading to revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs (frequent field visits), and come up with effective ways to pitch and sell existing products and develop new ones.
- Work closely with the field sales team to consult, coach, and monitor their activity.
- Be the brand ambassador and attend auto-related events to promote the company's brands through all possible means.
Job Specification :
Minimum Bachelors; MBA can be a plus.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field salespeople.Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through the sales team.Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Excellent sales and presentation skills.Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars), and creative.Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
