As part of our customer-focused marketing team, you will collaborate with various departments such as Brand, Media & IMX, Operations, Pricing & Segments, and Sourcing. Leading and inspiring brand partner agencies will be part of your journey as you work towards achieving our objectives. Your role will encompass not only brand insights but also an understanding of the business implications and market factors, constantly evaluating and implementing the best approaches. As with any role focused on collaboration, you must possess excellent conflict management skills so you can get the best output designed in achieving the brand’s objectives.

Brand Specialist : Core Stream

• Assist in the development and execution of Brand Strategy
• Conduct research about target audience, industry analysis, and competition to assist in developing relevant portfolio strategy
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to derive actionable insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the landscape and devise effective brand engagement initiatives
• Review and evaluate relevant portfolio performance, assist in identifying ways to maximize the target KPIs
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal
• Digital knack for digital products knowledge is a plus

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Brand Specialist – Core Streams?

o Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent

o You are experienced in working closely and effectively with teams and stakeholders. We need people who know the value of building relationships and the ability to support at all levels of an organization. Most importantly, you must have strong conflict resolution skills to ensure that the best output is achieved.

o Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills are required

o A thinker, who has deep understanding of 3 C’s (Consumer, Customer, Competition), trends, practices, information, and insights impacting the business, enabling sound decisions to be made.

o Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-point
