The Specialist Growth & Analytics will be responsible for driving growth, analytics, and performance optimization within the Postpaid segment at Jazz. The Postpaid Growth & Analytics team is part of the Marketing Department, shaping strategy through data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and revenue growth initiatives. This team is responsible for the P&L, subscriber growth, retention, and analytics-driven strategic planning for the Postpaid segment. The structure of the team : 4 member sub-team reporting to segment head Key Priorities of the Team : Revenue & Subscriber Growth : Driving overall Postpaid revenue and subscriber base expansion through targeted strategies. Data-Driven Product & Pricing Strategy : Leveraging analytics to optimize Postpaid product offerings, pricing models, and customer experience. Key Focus Areas for the Year : Enhance High-Value Customer Retention & Acquisition – Strengthening engagement and retention strategies for Gold & Platinum Postpaid subscribers, ensuring competitive pricing, offers, and customer lifecycle management. Increase ARPU & Revenue Contribution from Postpaid – Implementing data-driven insights, churn prediction models, and targeted CVM campaigns to improve Postpaid monetization and subscriber lifetime value. What does Specialist Growth & Analytics do? Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track Postpaid revenue, subscriber trends, ARPU, churn, and traffic patterns. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, forecast trends, and highlight growth opportunities. Evaluate customer behavior and usage analytics to recommend retention and upsell strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize Postpaid product performance, pricing, and customer engagement. Perform competitive benchmarking to assess Jazz’s position in the market and identify gaps in offerings. Develop monthly / quarterly business reviews to present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams. Monitor key Postpaid KPIs and ensure alignment with revenue objectives. Develop complete grip over internal revenue booking, estimation and reporting process to identify any revenue leakages and propose corrective actions to enhance Postpaid profitability and reporting quality. Support in campaign analytics by measuring effectiveness of customer lifecycle management (CVM) initiatives. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements Experience and Educational Requirements : Bachelors / Masters from a recognized institute preferably in Economics, Maths, Business or management sciences. Microsoft Office is an absolute requirement; the candidate must be extremely proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in advanced analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau will be a plus. Have sound analytical abilities, problem identification, and resolution skills, and creative / consumer insights abilities. Have strong organizational alignment skills to develop and deliver against key strategies. Soft skills and technical skills required.
