ISF-Islamabad Software Factory is an ISO certified provider of offshore Software Development Services. We require a Team Lead for our Islamabad Office with the following skills : Minimum Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent relevant training / experience. At least more than two years of experience in designing and developing .NET applications. Excellent programming and analytical abilities, way above average. Excellent ability to manage a team of talented developers and deliver projects on time and as per requirements. Experience working in .NET Compact framework will be preferred. Sound knowledge of database designing and implementation. Good object-oriented analysis and design concepts. Good communication skills are required. Should be able to take requirements from clients and analyze them and architect appropriate solutions. Experience of delivering successful large-scale web applications. Understands web protocols to the deepest level and uses that knowledge to build compliant, scalable, and robust web applications.
