Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies and plans. Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profit. Lead and supervise the team and provide weekly reports on each team member to the Manager. Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales. Develop effective training programs that teach each salesperson how to acquire customers, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sales. Set weekly and monthly monetary goals for the BDAs to achieve and conduct sales meetings. Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaison with other related businesses and colleagues. Plan, design, and conduct appropriate selling strategies.
