We’re expanding in the Pakistan market and looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We seek proactive, high-performing sales professionals with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. This role demands a hunter mindset and a deep understanding of consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and playing a pivotal role in regional growth.
This is not a passive, inbound role — we are looking for someone who runs toward targets, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys working independently to chase and close new logos.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to outreach to negotiation deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity-based targets.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with marketing heads, digital agencies, and C-level executives.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the company’s reach.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.3–6 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Solution Sales with a track record of exceeding targets.Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools.Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems.Comfortable prospecting independently and managing outbound sales motion.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Mindset
