A leading high-rise real estate project in TopCity-1, Islamabad is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a result-oriented sales strategy for the project.
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close deals.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and ensure conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
Provide regular performance reports to upper management.
Represent the project in sales meetings, exhibitions, and real estate events.
Job Specification : Requirements
Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-rise projects).
Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage a sales team and work under pressure to meet targets.
Proficient with basic tech tools (CRM, Excel, etc.)
