Sales Manager

Overview

We are a fast-growing, process-driven e-commerce company looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sales Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance across all our platforms (including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, Website), creating data-driven strategies, and leading cross-departmental projects to turn those strategies into reality. Analyze Sales Data : Your primary role is to analyze sales data from all channels to identify trends, top-selling products, underperforming categories, and new growth opportunities. Develop Growth Strategies : Translate your analysis into clear, actionable strategic plans designed to increase revenue and profitability. Execute Sales Plans : Lead the execution of your growth strategies by coordinating with the Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, and R&D to launch new product lines and promotional campaigns. Sales Forecasting : Create and manage sales forecasts and set performance targets for the company\'s sales channels. Report to Leadership : Present your analysis, strategic plans, and performance results directly to the General Manager. What We Offer

What You\'ll Bring (Required Skills & Experience) : Experience : A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, sales. Analytical Expertise : Proven expertise in e-commerce sales analysis, funnel optimization, and data interpretation. You must be able to turn complex data into a clear story. Strategic Thinking : The ability to create comprehensive, data-driven sales plans with clear objectives and ROI forecasts. Leadership & Communication : Strong experience in leading cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and align other departments towards a common goal. E-commerce Acumen : A deep understanding of how to grow sales on major e-commerce platforms.
