Sales : Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Territory Manager is the custodian for his / her given territory (geographical domain, channel strata etc). Mainly responsible for delivery KPI & Secondary Sales Targets on a consistent basis in line with brand / trade plans. Responsible for managing distributor field force (Order Bookers), that they are working in line with company policies. The position is based within the Field Sales division of the Reckitt Benckiser Country Sales Operations. The position is assigned a territory and forms external customer relationships through regular store visits. The Territory Manager reports to the Area Sales Manager, who reports into the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Secondary Targets, KPIs & Onground discipline (Via managing DSRs)
• Tracking & Infield Coaching of DSRs
• Execution of Brand & Channel Plans
• IMS Operations & Market Vigilance
