Job description
Provide support for the functions carried out by ICAP in Islamabad, Peshawar, Mirpur and Abbottabad Offices, including but not limited to Examinations, Education & Training, Member Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, Information Technology, Northern Regional Committee and others.
Supervise administrative activities in the above ICAP offices including oversight of conferences and seminars.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as ICAP members in corporate sectors, members in practice, education partners and government bodies.
Provide proactive support on technical financial reporting matters, projects and prepare papers, presentations, and publications on different topics of financial reporting through extensive research and analysis.
Coordination and interaction with the Accounting Standard Board (ASB), regulators, IASB, and other standard-setters and bodies; serving as a primary liaison with the advisory group and other working groups of ASB.
Job Specifications
Education, Experience :
The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience.
Proficient in practical application of IFRS Accounting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.
Should ideally be from a large accounting firm operating in Pakistan and should have prior experience of working in Assurance department

Demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multi-functional operations.
