Our client controls a suite of distinct products that it is taking to market across a global distribution footprint. Their products have been subject to independent tests from a broad spectrum of industry and government entities, showing consistent reductions in harmful emissions by up to 40% and increases in fuel efficiency by up to 30%. Key target markets include railways, power generation, shipping, commercial road transport, military, heavy industry, mining, and private transport. The Role
The Country General Manager will provide leadership to drive, build, and manage a country team in planning, directing, controlling, and reporting on all sales and operational activities within the assigned territory. The position manages key relationships with joint venture partners and the distribution channel and is responsible for deploying resources to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets while ensuring high levels of operational execution and quality standards. Specific responsibilities include directing sales planning and execution processes, overseeing on-time delivery of products, working with the Regional Director in setting and implementing operating plans, generating new business, and coordinating marketing campaigns to develop brand visibility and awareness. This role requires someone of the highest caliber and market reputation, with experience in delivering growth in revenues and profitability. Job Specification
