Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate work with other cooks and create Chinese food menu items. Ensure the kitchen meets all safety and sanitary standards. Forecast the inventory supplies and maintain an adequate level of inventory. Participate in the creation of Chinese food recipes and preparation of items. Gather feedback from customers and respond to them speedily. Ensure production of consistent quality in food. Job Specification
