Job Title : Business Development Officer – Training Programme Location : Gulberg Greens, Islamabad (On-Site) Job Type : Full-Time About the Role Zigron is launching a state-of-the-art AI Training Center, and we’re on the lookout for a driven Business Development Officer to help us shape the future of tech education. This is an on-site position ideal for someone with a Business or Social Sciences background and a working knowledge of AI, ML, or Data Science concepts. Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research on AI / tech education trends and opportunities Identify key skills in demand (Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP) and propose relevant training solutions Suggest course structures and learning paths for beginner-to-intermediate learners Benchmark leading academic and online programs to guide curriculum design Propose industry-relevant capstone projects with evaluation frameworks Collaborate with instructors, subject experts, and academic partners Build institutional and industry partnerships for scaling the program Contribute to strategic plans, marketing, and outreach activities Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, or Social Sciences Familiarity with AI / ML / Data Science concepts (coursework, certifications, or hands-on experience) Strong research, analytical, and communication skills Passion for education, innovation, and impact-driven work Prior experience in education, EdTech, or training development is a plus Job Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Management, or Social Sciences 1–3 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools Proven track record of working with national and international clients Strong communication, research, and analytical skills Familiarity with AI / ML / Data Science concepts (through coursework, certifications, or practical exposure) Passion for education, innovation, and creating impact through technology Prior experience in education, EdTech, or training program development is a plus Job Rewards and Benefits
