Business Development Officer

Content Creator | Videographer, Editor & Graphic Designer for Property Marketing NOTE : Opportunity for Bahria Rawalpindi and surrounding Residents Only

Elegant Design & Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent Elegant in front of potential clients, communicate our design and construction services, and help bring new business to the company.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients interested in building houses or interiors with Elegant

Conduct meetings and site visits to explain company services and ongoing projects

Follow up with leads generated through marketing and referrals

Build strong relationships with Clients & Investors

Maintain client records and share regular progress reports with management

Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and promotional activities

Support management in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in real estate or construction business development (fresh candidates with confidence & communication skills are encouraged to apply)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Well-groomed, confident, and client-focused personality

Must be a resident of Bahria Rawalpindi or nearby areas
