Job Specification

Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall Business Development strategy of the Company. Responsible for writing Proposals based on the nature of Project and placing bids on Freelancer, Guru, and Elance etc. Responsible for Pre-sales and Post Sales Account Management activities related to Web / mobile app Design & Development projects, managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies. Understanding client's requirements, communicating it with the team, and quoting a price after consulting with seniors. Must be able to win projects through existing contacts in the industry or through freelancing sites. Creating requirements, Functional Specs, communicating with clients, breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members, providing timely feedback to the clients. Identify key Solutions to Customers and target for increased penetration by providing additional solutions to existing customer base. Work closely with company management, technical and operations staff to develop and deliver proposals and client deliverables on time. Review successful and unsuccessful business development efforts, perform root causes corrective actions analysis, incorporate improvements and drive BD area issues to closure. Build trust, relationships and be comfortable in working with all levels of management within the company. The Business Development Manager may provide training for developing bid proposals to other less experienced candidates. Skills Required :

Bachelors / Masters in Marketing / Computer Sciences Minimum 2 Years Industry Experience in Software Services sales as a Business Development Executive, Officer or Freelance Bidding Manager. Knowledge of Software Development Life cycle. Knowledge of mobile development platforms, Open Source web development and SEO. Must have excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening) Must have a high Aptitude of Selling. Must be a good team player.
