Job Description : Business Development Officer

Responsibilities : 1. Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to promote company products and services. 2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 4. Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers. 5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders. 7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads. 8. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities. 9. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. 10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team. Job Specification

1. Proven experience in business development and sales in the electrical / electronic manufacturing industry. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Result-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. 6.
