Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion
• Prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service offerings
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system
• Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities
