Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Rawalpindi. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include strategy development, customer outreach, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
• Customer Service acumen to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proactive mindset, goal-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with SAP or enterprise-level business systems (preferred)
