Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to manage and grow our Upwork Agency account. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in generating leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships on Upwork.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Upwork Agency account.

Identify and pursue relevant opportunities to secure projects.

Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Develop strategies to increase visibility and win rate on Upwork.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development on Upwork.

Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.

Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.

Prior experience managing an Agency Account is a must.
