Celebrating over 30 years in the industry, we offer over 2.5 million square feet of warehouse space paired with a real-time warehouse management system. We are seeking a Night US HR Specialist with 4 years of experience to join our team in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities :

Manage all HR functions during night shifts including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies tailored for night operations.
Conduct employee training and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate employee records and reporting.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Job Specification

Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle conflict and negotiate effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
