We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for Associate Client Support Representatives who are eager to learn, take ownership, and become an integral part of our growth journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Technical CSR at Clyro, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project progress
- Maintain and update project details using CRM tools
- Build strong client relationships by offering consistent communication and timely updates
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Take ownership of the full client communication lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-project feedback
- Understand client needs and convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of client interaction or project coordinationA learning mindset and the ability to take initiativeTech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like CRM, task managers, and trackersDetail-oriented and able to handle multiple prioritiesNice-to-Haves
