Business Development Executive – Upwork Bidder Lahore District, Punjab, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, analyze, and bid on relevant, high-potential projects across platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer .
Develop highly tailored, persuasive, and winning proposals
that clearly articulate our value proposition and directly address client needs and pain points.
Strategically utilize LinkedIn and other professional channels to generate qualified leads and initiate client conversations outside of standard bidding platforms.
Establish and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with potential clients through professional and consistent communication.
Expertly negotiate project scopes, timelines, and contract terms
to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and a seamless project kickoff.
Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly targets for project acquisition and contract value.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of demonstrated, hands‑on experience in bidding and successfully securing projects on major platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and / or Fiverr.
Superior written communication and proposal‑writing skills with a keen eye for detail and persuasive language.
Strong commercial understanding of project scope definition, accurate cost estimation , budgeting, and translating client needs into actionable development plans.
A background or strong foundational knowledge in IT, Software Development, or Web Technologies is highly advantageous to accurately scope and bid on technical projects.
Highly self‑driven, proactive, and intensely results‑oriented —you thrive in a performance‑based environment.
1 to 2 years in a similar bidding / project acquisition role.
