OptimusFox is looking for a Business Development Executive (Upwork) resources with the following requirements:

Requirements:
Proven experience 1-2 years in business development, particularly on the freelance platform (Upwork)
Strong understanding of the freelance marketplace and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business or a related field is preferred
Timings: 3 pm till 12 am (Flexible)
Working Mode: Onsite
