We are seeking a hardworking and diligent Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a representative of our Saudi Arabia-based perfume company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our perfume products in various shops across Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to meet monthly sales quotas. Responsibilities :
Sales and Promotion :
Present, promote, and sell our perfume products to prospective clients, including retail shops, boutiques, and department stores. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with key decision-makers in the retail sector. Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits. Achieve Monthly Sales Quotas : Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Market Analysis :
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences, market demands, and potential business opportunities.
Customer Service :
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Reporting :
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, achievements, and challenges faced.
Bonus Structure :
In addition to the base salary, the Sales Representative will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on achieving monthly sales quotas.
Job Specification
Requirements : Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the perfume, beauty or pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Means of transportation (car, motorcycle, etc.) is required. Basic understanding of market trends and customer behaviours.
