Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate (Inter)

Higher education is a plus but not mandatory

Experience

Must have proven experience in sales & client dealing

Background in architecture, construction, or real estate sales will be highly preferred

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to achieve targets and bring in new projects

Responsibilities

Generate new leads & clients for architectural and design services

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve sales targets through effective client engagement

Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations
