The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative will encompass : - Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses in the United States to present our services. - Introduce and explain our services to prospects. - Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients. - Schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in a Google spreadsheet.
