Our job timing is from 8 : 00 PM to 4 : 30 AM. The job includes making calls for our outbound campaign and generating leads. Scripts and training shall be provided. The job is not hard but can be monotonous. Agents with experience will be strongly preferred. Salary increases with time depending on sincerity. Please bear in mind this is a selling campaign; experience with software technologies and software development services will be considered a plus. Job Specification

DatumSquare IT Services requires well-experienced and highly skilled call center agents for outbound dialing. The ideal candidate must have the following skills : Good and clear English accent (American preferred). Good listening skills. Ability to work in a team and lead a team. Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound dialing. Software development, software services, and website development sales are highly preferred. Willing to work at night timings. Ability to learn quickly. Should be willing to start within a week. All training and scripts will be provided to the selected candidates. Datum respects the role of CSRs and will be paying higher than the market to the selected candidates. We also provide free learning classes and a comfortable relaxing atmosphere.
