We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our Call Centre Sales Team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with travel inquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of travel products including flights and hotels while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell travel products and services. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Process bookings accurately using travel reservation systems. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions. Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to sales and call performance. Requirements : Proven experience in a sales or call centre environment (travel industry preferred). Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Passion for travel and customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a must. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Job Specification : Must be fluent in English. Must have travel agency experience in a call center. Must have experience in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
