Customer Sales Advisor (Luxury Travel Concierge)

Overview

We’re seeking confident, articulate, and well-presented Customer Sales Advisors who can effectively consult and convert inbound inquiries into confirmed concierge bookings. You’ll act as a brand ambassador—listening to our clients’ needs, building trust, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. Serve as the first point of contact for high-profile international clients (via phone / WhatsApp / email). Actively listen and assess the customer’s requirements to recommend the best-fit service package or membership tier. Deliver detailed service presentations, answer objections, and nurture relationships. Work collaboratively with the order and operations team to ensure seamless handover post-sale. Log all client interactions into the CRM system in real time. Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling. Continuously update product knowledge and understand market trends in luxury travel and hospitality.
