Call Centre Agent - Outbound Sales

Our office is located in Blue Area, Islamabad. Apply if you can easily travel to Blue Area.

Responsibilities :

• Contact clients outbound and complete loan applications
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Describe products and services
• Respond to questions
• Identify and overcome objections
• Take the customer through the sales process
• Obtain customer information
• Obtain possible customer leads
• Maintain customer / potential customer data bases
• Follow up on initial contacts
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Job Purpose : To make outbound calls as an Loan Advisor to complete loan applications and upsell in-house products. Job Specification

Work timings Monday to Thursday 1pm to 10 : 30pm, Friday 2pm 10 : 30pm

Salary 18k basic
