Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated Cold Calling Agent to join our team. As a Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate prospects, establishing initial contact, and generating leads for our clients in the USA. You will be expected to engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information that will aid in closing real estate deals. This is a key role in helping our clients grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists. Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional and friendly manner. Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads. Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect’s real estate needs. Document lead details and input them into our CRM system. Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals. Provide feedback to the management team regarding the quality of leads and call scripts. Requirements : Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner. Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry. Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan). Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
