Call Center Agent (Evening)

Overview Join Tosanoides, an IT services company in Rawalpindi specializing in accounting. We are seeking an experienced Evening Call Center Agent to provide exceptional customer support and assist clients with accounting inquiries. This is a remote position; candidates must be available during the scheduled evening shift and committed to working during assigned hours.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to accounting inquiries.

Provide accurate information and support to clients.

Document customer interactions in Excel and CRM systems.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good spoken English required.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
