About the Role :
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR related topics to support decision making.
- Participate in meeting and contribute to discussions on HR and operational matters.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by HR Management.
- Ensure the Employee documentation and records are complete from the day of their joining.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.Previous experience in an HR role or related administrative position is preferred.Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel etc.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Work mode : Work from Office.
Shift Time : 10am-7pm
Location : Sector F Dha 1 Rwp
