Main Accountabilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies in line with organizational objectives and in alignment with KSA HR leadership.
Act as the key liaison between Pakistan HR and KSA HR on matters of policy alignment, governance, and strategic initiatives.Provide HR insights to local leadership for decision-making on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Build and manage workforce plans to meet business needs, including succession planning and talent pipeline development.Collaborate with KSA HR to ensure recruitment strategies align with group standards.Talent Management & DevelopmentDesign and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training and development needs; design learning initiatives to build employee capabilities.Partner with KSA HR to align leadership development and high-potential employee programs.Compensation & BenefitsManage compensation structures, salary reviews, and promotion cycles in accordance with group guidelines.
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.Align with KSA HR on compensation philosophy, benefits enhancements, and group-wide reward strategies.Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.Ensure employee voice mechanisms are in place and aligned with group standards.HR Operations & ComplianceOversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS management, and personnel administration.
Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies.Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures in consultation with KSA HR.Organizational Development & Change ManagementDrive organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Support leadership in embedding organizational values and behaviors.Align cultural and transformation initiatives with group-wide priorities.Managerial Accountabilities
Participate in the development of the manpower strategy and oversee the cascading to the relevant functions.Provide input for financial budgeting and projections when it comes to personnel costs.Ensure the key objectives of the company are cascaded though the line management to ensure TAWAL's strategy is applied.Keep abreast of discipline best practice and drive implementing it in TAWAL.Job Requirements
A. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.B. Minimum Experience : 8-10 years of experience; 2 years in similar role.C.
