Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Human Resources Officer
to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with company goals. As a key member of the team, you'll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, and play a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities :
As the Human Resources Officer, you will take ownership of several core HR functions, including but not limited to :
Talent Acquisition : Overseeing recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent Organizational Planning : Contributing to space and team structure planning to align with business growth Performance Management : Implementing and managing systems to enhance employee performance and productivity Compliance & Reporting : Ensuring full compliance with employment laws and company regulations Employee Development & Training : Driving employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives Policy Management : Leading the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment Compensation & Benefits : Administering compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction Employee Relations : Promoting positive employee engagement and handling issues with professionalism and fairness
Key Objectives :
Ensure the safety and well-being of the workforce Develop and maintain a high-performing and satisfied workforce Foster a company culture that values quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration
Requirements
Development of the HR Department :
Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall company vision Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress Help monitor and manage the annual HR budget
Human Resource Information Systems :
Manage the HR section on the company's internal platforms Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making
Training & Development :
Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs Help design and execute company-wide training initiatives, ensuring continual skill development across teams
Employee Relations & Compensation :
Foster positive employee relations, contributing to policies that drive engagement and satisfaction Assist with compensation reviews and competitive benchmarking to ensure fair and motivating pay structures
Compliance & Legal :
Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all legal regulations and minimize risk exposure
