Job Description
- Receive customer requests through the sales department, contact prospective vendors / suppliers for quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Prepare and send sales quotations to customers and follow up in coordination with the sales department.
- Receive Purchase Orders and prepare sales orders with the approval of the Head of Finance & Accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to raise invoices.
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of goods to customers in other cities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets.
- Retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Participate in RFQs, tenders, and proposals, providing feedback or results.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Preferably a graduate in Science or Commerce with two years of relevant experience.Experience with software such as SAP, ERP, etc.Familiarity with IT products and procurement processes.Proficient in Excel.Additional Information
