Job Description
Receive customer requests through the sales department, contact prospective vendors / suppliers for quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Prepare and send sales quotations to customers and follow up in coordination with the sales department.
Receive Purchase Orders and prepare sales orders with the approval of the Head of Finance & Accounts.
Coordinate with the accounts department to raise invoices.
Ensure timely and proper delivery of goods to customers in other cities.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets.
Retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
Participate in RFQs, tenders, and proposals, providing feedback or results.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Preferably a graduate in Science or Commerce with two years of relevant experience.
Experience with software such as SAP, ERP, etc.
Familiarity with IT products and procurement processes.
Proficient in Excel.
