Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the collection team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain collection reports using MS Excel.
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Lead (preferably in a collection or call center department).Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.How to Apply
